| Landrover Defender with cold axles Hi All, I am pleased to share my truck here. This is a hi-lift version of the defender with the cold axles installed. The current setting provides plenty of travel for the suspension but the drawback is that the CG is too high. I am waiting for the wheels that provide better traction and wheelbase. |

Crushed any cars lately, lol. It looks good but lower the COG and sacrifice some articulation, it will perform much better.

Lay your shocks out like this / \ , instead of this \ / . That will lengthen your w.b., & also lower your G.C. & C.O.G.... (you'll still have to lower your body though) Btw: Nice looking body! 8-) |

Finally, a Land Rover clod! Looks good but you need to lower it for a better center of gravity and relocate your battery, possibly to the front axle, to further lower the COG.

Play with the links and the shock angles. Its a great start and your axles are killer. Just lower that baby.
