So my son told me the other day he wants an RC Monster truck for Christmas, this is my middle son who is 8 years old. I've been in and out of RC stuff since the early 90's and the Clodbuster has always intrigued me so I am thinking of getting one as a project for us, but I'm the kind of guy who wants to go all out. I want to start with a stock clodbuster and build it into a beast that looks as close to a real monster truck as possible. My first question is which Chassis available resembles a real monster truck the most? I'd prefer a tube chassi, but without the section that supports the body as I have a custom idea in mind for that. |

New era has a full tube chassis that is really nice. You should check out rcmt.net all monster trucks some really nice builds on there. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using Tapatalk 2 |

Yeah the new era chassis is nice, maybe I'll end up getting it and chopping the top cage off to do what I want. Still debating on a truck theme as well. my imagination is running wild.

I'm not opposed to custom chassis', and I'll check out your site.
