Default Lower links turning in.

I can't figure out why my lower links are rotating in. I read if you invert the shocks it might help, but it didn't. Any ideas?

i would mount the lower end of the shocks on the outside of the links, that should solve your problem .

Ok i"ll try that, but I think the shocks will rub the tires. We'll see.

it's your shocks pressing them down on the inner edge of the links, if you move them to the outside they will just tilt that way.

Try replacing the white spacers with a couple of washers if you can, it won't get rid of it but it may make it alot less noticeable. (Plus it reduces the lever action on the link, because it's closer to the link it will exert more pressure down rather than twisting.)

Or, you could replace the bottom ball in the shock with a piece of fuel tube, still gives you the flex you need but resists the twisting motion better.

My other clod has 5/16 alum rod links with the clamp on shock mounts on top. So i never had this problem before.

if you have longer shocks, you can also try bolting them directly to the axles from the chassis , this would take care of the links turning in or out.
