Integy Alloy Gearcases Wont Fit Together

I got a set of the chrome Integy Alloy gearcases off of ebay and also mc01 blue axle tubes and knuckles... I went to swap over this weekend and when I put the gears in the new cases and tried to bolt it all together some of the bolts wouldnt even reach all the way threw the cases because the 2 peices werent fitting together good... Its like the poor chrome job and just overall bad shape of the gearcases... Im going to try to debur them and see if I can get them to fit... Has anyone else had issues like this? How did you fix it??

Integy is very well known for poor fit and finish, and poor quality of the aluminium, i would stay well away from the stuff! about all you can do is trim them i suppose, they probably will never be perfect.

Well Good news... With some minor deburring I got the cases to fit together much better... I will continue putting the truck together this weekend to get it ready for the competition put on by the Mass chapter on here...
