It doesn't. There is enough drag from the gears and motor to keep it mostly locked. On a 2.2 Clod it works great, but on a Super based Clod it might not work as well as it does on the 2.2

How do you pull a brush out with a servo? I have never torn into a motor? Someone needs to do a write up on this for me. Also which is more important 4WS or front digs if you had a choice?

Yes, I said carp for a reason. It's an inside joke that goes a ways back, but it's funny to say anyway. All praise the Holy Fish!

If your diff is locked you can't do one wheel at a time.

locking one rear would give you dig on one wheel so you have all the power going to the opposite wheel alowing you to turn tighter

If I install a rear lock out kit on my NN Clod(Super based), And do the Dig upgrade, would it work well as the 2.2 based clods? Another question, Which set-up would be or is more effective in rc crawling, 4ws or the front dig set-up?
Thanks

Ok I'm a retard. I just went out to the shop and looked it over. I've got it now. I must have messed the short bus to school that day.

Wouldn't he need a 4 channel radio to do that?

1. Front steer
2. ESC
3. Rear steer
4. Dig

Sounds right, But wouldn't a "dig" be more effective on a front wheel steering rig as supposed to a 4ws rig?

how about something small like a relay that cuts out the power to the rear motor through channel 4?

If you are going to a 4 channel than 2 esc's would be far mor effective than just killing the rear motor.
