Yeah it's the same body, it looked like poop on the K2 truck. The body looks like crap on everything.

Yeah the comp didn't go too well, not too bad though. I had some stall issues, and not just one motor. The combination of a crappy burst capability of the AA cells, and the 13 tooth gearing made for a two motor stall pain in the neck, and it happen pretty frequently. Only thing to do was hit reverse, and that sometimes lead to other point penalties. Excuses...

Gearing is changing. Oh, and zip tie that ESC to the tray. It made for a nice rock basher bumper a few times too... great day.

Bummer.

I'm sure you'll get it all dialed in again. Not sure about the AA's, I thought they had worked well in the past...maybe that was with the different gearing.

I'm planning to try some 3300-3800 sub C's when I get to that point...still trying to figure shock mounts and such @ the moment, then I'll start with the electronics.

Good luck getting the "TWEAKS" done.

Gearing will help a lot. I imagine it was a turd with 13 tooths!

Well I completely blame the gearing. I've successfully run AAs with 10 and 9 tooth pinions. I was hoping the 65 turn motors would compensate for the stock gearing. They don't.

It wasn't a turd at the drag race...

What kind of run times are you getting with the AA's? By the way nice rig.
