well I know you already did your waterproofing but I have to give my vote to the condom you dont have do stretch the opening like a ballon the dont seem to dry rought in my expeirence and they are lubed so they repeal water ok I maid that last part up nut it sounded good.

Conformal coating maybe what he was thinking of. We used to use it when pelt cooling a CPU for overclocking. The Pelt would cause sever condensation in the CPU socket so it needed water proofing. It comes in many forms from dipping to spray.

why would you shrink wrap you wires that already have rubber coating all over them?

what about the axles though. if you have bearings won't they rust or at least stop rolling smoothly? or do most people keep the stock bushings for underwater use?

I was wondering what to do about the on off switch, if I put it in the balloon wont it be a pain in the butt to find each time?

Make sure you pack the axles with plenty of grease. Water wont stay were grease is! As a precaution, I would pack a little dielectric grease in the servos to. Both the gear and the electronic side. Also oil the wheel bearings. Other than that, it sounds like you already have everything else figured out. Cant wait to get my truck back together so I can go swimming too!
