Default Wheels and tires

so, im finally building my axial bases clod. SCX/AX10 frame, wraith axles clod c10 body and wheels/tires. Should be cool. I was wondering, this thing is going to be waterproof. Should i seal the holes on the clod wheels? or let them breath and just squeeze water out? lol this is my first pair of monster truck tires.
