What track width are you guys running on your 2.2 Clods? Is anyone under 11 inches?

I'm using the hpi nitro touring car rims with RR's and my track is about 11 3/4". The cool thing about these rims is they are ready to use without narrowing. I saw them on twisted creations clod and they work great.

I was just wondering because I made a set of beadlocks for a 2.2 clod and mounted up they are 10 7/8". The threaded part of the stub axle sticks past the bead about 1/16 of an inch.

Okay, here they are... 10 7/8", just like I said. The face of the wheel. I made it reversable, you can run them with a wide or narrow oufsets. Inside of the wheel. I put the 12mm hex in aluminum. With the power Clod axles kick out, I didn't want unholy to strip a hex. The inner ring is back cut to give C-hub clearance. You can see how the screw heads are flush with the ring for the narrowest offset. What do ya think unholy? Up to what you were thinking? |
