Current Setup finnaly runs like a charm and dosent even warm up on the dual 2400 mah batts

SR ESC
HPI Reciever
Multiplex 600 motors
dual 2400 mah batts
futaba s3305 now <--------"HiTec HS-5955TG"
duratax connectors
8t pinions
locked diffs
integy shocks
Inet: 3mm chassis, shock mounts and extensions, C-brackets, wheel wideners, knuckles, rod ends, spike wheel nuts, and upper link mounts
TWINSET custom made lexan dust cover
narrowed armark wheels w/ single dually spikes
1500 bb's in each of the front tires

soon to be upgraded are :
dual 55t lathe motors
Hitec titanium servo
seperate battery pack for servo and lights

How about some more pics?

Have you crawled any BIG rocks with it yet? I crawled some small rocks when I had the duallies, but then I realized they sucked when I crawled on some larger rocks.

And from the pictures it appears you need to lower the ride height/COG and flatten out the links.

no major crawling except in the back yard on a bunch of rocks I have back there, maybe just maybe ill hit the beach this thursday morning coming for a couple of hours

and yea I also have the regular non spiked dualies and they do suck but the spiked dualies have more grip and are better on the sharp rocks..
I have 1500 bb's in the front and that cushin crap in the rear tires

ill definately lower the COG when I get the 55t lathe motors in there cuz ill have a lil more room to work with then I do right now with the big multiplex cans I have..

another reason to watch out how many BB's you shove in your wheels

I baught a big plastic canister of 6000 bb's and i used 3/4 of them in my wheels

and dnt get me wrong it worked great when it climbed 2 masonery blocks standing right side up w/ no problem but I broke the damn arm again after hitting the throttle a little to hard on som e smaller rocks

and like any real rc crawler driver I have planty of spares

ive learned my lesson.. im also going to cut down my bb's by half...

I think along with the weight of the BB's and the width of your axles might play hand and hand in breaking your axles. That wheel base is REALLY Wide.

Well hopefully it wont happen again...

I have lowered the COG to 4" and it's only 14" wide with the single dualies...so ill see if I can get it back runing tonight and do some more bashing tomorow morning

Well here goes another upgrade......

Speed 0.15sec / 60 degrees
333Oz of torque at 6.0V

there is no programing needed just plug-N-play and it has a very long cord so you dont have to buy extensions for it like I did my futaba.

major improvement over my lil Futaba S3305 servo

Im a very happy camper w/ the over all performance of the servo this thing actually moves the rock sout of the way

Oh and if your a scrounger like I am you can use the plastic blue hitec box to house your electronics, that will be the next project

same stock TQ3 I run on my emaxx.. cuz im a cheap azz...

. I guess i could run any 2 channel radio......

note: im only runing front stear at this time... I really have no use for rear stear right now since im not crawling in any comps like some of the guys on here....... remember florida sucks when it comes down to trying to get a group together
