Default steering knuckles

Hey all,

Took the wheels off the clod tonight to get a better look at all that is there or not there. A few screws were loose, and one of the screws/kingpins for a steering knuckle is stripped.

So I did a search for aluminum and have found to try and avoid rc4wd, gpm's are good but always seem to be out of stock. On ebay, hot racing has some listed:

Are these a good product? Any fitment issues? I am running all stock hardware at the moment, but would like to upgrade to Thunder Tech CVD axles later. Will these fit ok?

The other option I thought of is to make a temporary repair. Any ideas for that?

thanx,

rash

i bought some of the hot racing units. ive put em on but havnt run em yet. they look like nice beefy stuff and good quality, plus allow for more steering throw than stock knuckles.

after buying a pair of jps beadlocks i'll never buy anything from jps again. from a distrubitor, yes, direct, no. good quality but it took almost 6 months to get a set of wheels.
