Default New chassis coming along.....

Ok, so i've decided to build a new chassis and if it works well, i will be selling them on ebay for something the regions of $70-$150, depending how long it takes to cut, and how much the materials cost. It will be using cantilevers but when you see the pics just bear in mind that they are not finished yet. Neither is the chassis.

Okay guys, I've finished the design but i must still make it for no cantilevers, if that is better.

What do you think? By the way, where should i put the holes for the shocks if i am not going to be using cantilevers?

Well, at school we have loads of things to make it out of (acrylic in any colour, Steel, Aluminium) and i think that we just bought a computer controlled milling machine, as well as normal ones. so well see

I know the pick is small but this is how I cut thinks. CNC water jet. It would take about 5-6 min to cut all that.
