Default Clod Booster's Clod finally gets boosted.

So after starting out with a clod and shelving it for many many many years I've finally picked it up again and turned it into exactly what I wanted it to be when I started, what is now an example of a classic super class crawler, perhaps we can call it "Nostalgia class".

Clodbuster axles
RCP Hustler chassis
Traxxas Bigbore shocks w/ 50wt oil
Losi mini crawler internal springs
1/8in. steel rod links w/ revo rods ends
Chinesium aluminum knuckles

CPE carbon axle tube braces
Ebay adjustable motor mounts
Holmes Hobbies torque master 40t
RC4wd 6t rear 7t front pinions
RC4wd CVD's for clod axles
Axial 3.8in. raceline wheels
Axial BFG Krawler r35 3.8in.
Spektrum dx4c
Castle pro bec @ 6.5v direct to servos.

I broke my old Clod out the other day as well. The ESP chassis still functions like when I shelved it. Had to add some rear shocks that I had stolen off it for my Optima (I put the red stock units back on it, I like the gold duratrax shocks that were on it). My son got a real kick out of it running (he has a Grasshopper and I have been letting him run my old Tamiya TA-01 stadium truck). We need to see a resurface of these trucks (my opinion).

Keep up the great work....

Funnily enough I also have a grasshopper. I think we might start seeing a resurgence in clod's with monster trucks seeming to get popular again.

So cool to see other "old" clods out, myself just picked up a clod to build a nostalgia super class rig. I always wanted to build a pimpcane/stick style build.

I've thought about it and they are pretty damn capable but the hustler was just cooler to me and within my abilities to assemble, but go for it man! Get a Clod and build an old style super for nostalgia sake, I'm trying to get some more guys from the club into building supers like this too.
