So i finnaly got my new escs in and running its not out of control fast and it dosent steer very well i was hoping it would be better with open diffs the springs are real stiff and it bounces around alot but it jumps nice and is very stable at speed its got a few issues the stering servo is stripped and the front axle chubs snaped were the links were mounted so i ended up replacing the whole axle and made up some aluminum pieces to reinforce the areas that broke so now all i need to do is replace the servo and it should be good im still thinking of locking the diffs and removing the springs and making it a crawler

ive been tinkering with this rig i made a mount for the gen8 body but the body is gona need somekind of protection bumpers maybe
the springs are.just to stiff so i tryed with no spring and it handled better but still bouncy so now im trying some tiny tamiya springs im hoping there enuff to slow the bounce
its fast but not too fast its.still controlable maybe in the 40mph range first test run i distroyed one rim and the rest arent much better im gona swap to jug wheels they look better and they have more meat in the mounting area after the rim gave out i mounted some r40 bfg crawlers they handle nice on the rig but they look to small next to the gen8 they look like trailering tires

ill get pics and video next time out
