Exclamation New Jack Hustler ver.2

Specs

TCC Hustler
JPS AL clod axles
RC4WD AL lockers & counter gears
TTR CVD's
TTR BTA steering kit
Hotbodies shocks
Ace's clod to maxx adapters
XTM Thorn rims
Proline Moabs
Spectrum DX6
2 Mamba 25's
2 Holmes Hobbies Revolvers
RC Guy 8t pinions
Hitech 5955TG front
Airtronics 94595 rear
UBEC 5a bec
Max Amps 2c lipo

I decided to start a new thread since the whole rig had to get rebuilt. On it's maiden voyage in it's previous incarnation, I managed to strip both the diff & counter gears in both the front & rear axles. I had these axles & gears just sitting, so I figured why not use them. The axles I won during the raffle @ the Nationals.

I tested the Hustler a little on friday before the comp just to get familiar with the new rig. All went smooth & I came away really impressed with what it could do.

On to the comp, well........what can't this thing do? It did everything & did it well too. Vertical, off-camber, step downs, all no problem. Ended up being the only rig to do both bonuses. Nuff said.

Thanks Aaron for making such an awsome chassis.

Also, BIG MAHALO to Brian & everyone over @ RCPcrawlers for rushing it out to me in time for the comp & all the little extras you did for me. You guy really do go the extra mile. Thanks!

Bam bam, I'm not sure if they are shipping yet.

R2J, battery is now in the frame.

The rest of you, I won these axle tubes & knuckles @ the Nationals in Moab. 666 won the cases, we traded the cases for 2 TR2's. So it really didn't cost me much, $150 for 2 new TR2's that's it. I tried selling the axles many times but nobody wanted them.

Yes it is.

Tig welded gun blued chassis, body panels, suspension links, steering links, upper link mounts and internal springs for your shocks is $329.99

If you'd like one PayPal to store@rcpcrawlers.com indicate payment for Hustler chassis in the comments.

Keep in mind that we can't ship anything until 2-19-07 But we only have a few Hustlers left from this lot, so you might want to order now.

Looks sweet Sheldon, I was just getting ready to ask you about those axles again......:-(

How do the revolvers pull all that weight around?

Did you just switch to the 5955? How do u like it compared to the 359?

Is it possible to order just the tube chassis and panels complete...without all the steering and links and such??

Thumbs up Wow

This is a truly awesome rig
It looks killer - and performs outstandingly which is even better
It seems seldom that a real killer looking rig also performs as you explained...

Those "little" revolvers are the reason why he changed to a semi-full metal setup.....they stripped the crap out of the plastic stuff. The Original Revolver outrunner is a totally underrated motor. It's been known to detonate outdrives and shear inner axles as well.

That'll be a "yes" then. Cheers Young version, I was asking because I'm sick of MOPEDs catching fire, and to buy 2 new brushed ESCs will only be slightly less than going brushless.

Thanks guys, this is truely an amazing rig. It just works so well. As far as the revolvers go, Young_Version is right, they're the reason I went all metal gears. They move this beast around just fine. You won't be disappointed.
