Once in every few years they come out. It made sense to me when I realized how often the width of the TXT hurts it.

Then along came the Stick...

Well I had my nephew drive my Tuber LT on some rocks the other day and he seemed to like it. I hope he digs this Clod I'm building for him. I think I'm going to take the chassis and chop it down so it's not so tall. I think I'll take at least an inch out of it. That will narrow the frame rails nicely too. Then it's make some arrow links and build it.

How far apart are the links at the chassis. I'm looking for the distance between upper & lowers. I'm trying to get an idea of how tall to make the chassis.

Ya I don't quite get that. I'm laying it flat. I may end up doing some drop down brackets for the lower links but I"m not sure yet.

Maybe he meant my post about the battery on it's side, to get a narrower center?

I've seen full size rigs with basically the same geometry. Should work fine. The motors might rotate down slightly as the suspension compresses but that fine. Articulation won't be effected since the top link post stays centered as the axle twists. ;)

Thanks Guys!, I'm not sure how it'll work Clods are a pita to build because the links @ the axles are so far apart. I have to figure out a way to keep the arrow links together. They keep seperating. Maybe some green locktight. Then I'll get it wired up and play with it.
