Shocks for NN chassis

Just ordered me a NN chassis and now I am looking for shocks. I know Hot Bodies shocks are recommended, but I was wondering if 1/8 buggy shocks would fit. I would like something beefier.

You can get MT shocks that're just as tough and beefy... The MAXX big-bores are up there... You'd be better off with truggy shocks... 8th buggy shocks are pretty short...

I use MAXX shocks on mine and, well, I don't go fast enuff to worry about bending a shaft...

I could see using 8th shocks if yer rig was SUPER heavy or fast... But for the $$? Go with MAXX or similar... There's SO many choices.. MAXX, MGT, Savage, etc etc etc...

1/8 scale buggy's front shock is shorter than rear, and the rear shock is way enough.

Those shocks are a little overkill but would probably work.
