Where are you going to get a real Rockraider chassis from? I have zero..... okay, not zero... there are still a couple in the hands of RCRG management but not for sale |

Yeah that should be one sweet clod seems like your almost gonna be in a perma stall when you drive though since it will be extremely hard to control front and rear throttle evenly

It won't, you need a BL controller for a BL motor.

why are you hetting brushless'???i hate to say it but thats almost a waste. you should just get four lathe motors and hook em' up to your clod. If you wondering (which im sure you are) you can buy the dual motor conversion on eBay. its about $40-70. That is gnna be a SWEET crawler when is done!!make sure you get pics and vids!!

i have used intellispeed escs with brushless motors for a long time now and they work flawlessly..... as far as the motors they are awesome loads of tourqe and i aint gotta change brushes and they last forever or atleast untill they get full of water or the bushing goes out lol ryan |

That isn't a typical brushless motor. I'm pondering that by saying they are brushless, they actually mean you don't have to replace the brushes. A normal brushless system needs a special ESC to time the magnets (eer, maybe coils) correctly. They have to be activated in a sequence to actually make the motor spin.

What is up w/ this brushless combo? Do you have a wiring diagram? Or maybe part numbers? Exactly what brushless motor are you using, Brand/Model?

Unless I am blind...I don't see anywhere on Tower's listing that says that those motors are brushless. They are just motors originally made for electric planes, that's all!
