Dorkstar Unlimited

I just HAD to get in on this new droopy-tuber fad!

-Mig welded brakeline, Tube design loosely based on the "Six Shoota" on the latest Crawl Magazine.
-Super rooster, 65t's, 8tooth pinions.
-JR 8711's
-Reinforced New Era behind the axle steering
-Big bores, internal springs, Tinitride shafts, 1000wt oil.
-MGT ends, 8/32 allthread, 1/4 aluminum sleeved links.
-Hot Racing all-aluminum clod gears.
-RC4wd upper link mounts.
-(8 ) 4500 Elite cells on the knuckles and axle.
-Cell seat and steering wheel, Kyosho Fog lights w/Blue leds.
-Duralite Voltage Regulator.
-Custom wheels w/ Moab XL's.

A few pics, but better ones to come...

Those are swell knuckles! I like the cell slotting. I've got a bunch of the Integy aluminum Clod parts coming in too, so I'll definately look in to them for beefiness.

62PYRO 06-26-2007 06:09 PM

So,are you building my next (first built) tuber? Looks good.
Pat

Initial testing has been positive- I've been following around a Hustler and another Clod tuber, and it seems to be right there. Lack of behind-the-transmitter time is hurting me for the Axial comp though, but I'll give it a go!

Thanks,
ryan
