Default Clod Motor-Wheel Clearance

Hi. How far can a CLod wheel turn (if there are no links or motors or anything?)

Assuming this, can anyone measure how long a motor can be before it touches a fully turned 7.5" Clod wheel? (Let's say pimp cane so no links are involved). I'm referring specifically to the stuff from RC4WD, those 40 series Mudslingers, aluminum knuckles, and that aluminum Clod gearbox (I'm unsure how close it is to a plastic CLod transmission but it seems close.)

THanks.

This is impossible without knowing the wheel backspacing and spacers / adapters that are being used.
