| Well here we go! listed items are: two 65t lathe motors NOVAK Goat ESC Axial Beadlocks Moab XL two Hitec 645MG's one set of Clodbuster axles stage 3 from RCP I am going to put all this in a stick type chassis. Once that is finished I would like to embark on a tube chassis. I would like to thank all the patient users on this forum that help all of us "new" guys. I ordered all this from RCP and The Crawler Store. They both are top of line sellers for sure. The guy from RCP actually traded emails back and forth with me on ESC advise. Thanks again fellas. I will post pics as I put her together. If the pic doesn't work I will re-upload to a better host. |

sounds like you got what ya need to get going, the only thing is the servos, steering power is a must on a crawler and the 645's are a little shy on the necessary torque for a super, I like something with 200+ oz/in of torque, but you can always upgrade later |

yeah +1 on the 645's. I had them left over from an air boat build I was doing. I decided to borrow from that for a bit until I can get the loot for some mega nasty servos.

For a few less $$$ try the HiTec 5955 servo, a little less torque than the JR8711, but still well over 300 oz/in at 6 volts. http://www.rcslot.com/pc-radio-contr...HRC35955S.html |

I also have to say , The hitec or the JR are your best bet. I rin them both. JR in a 2.2 is pure insanity...... |
