Default hot racing axle tubes

Im looking to get a set of alum axle tubes and knuckles for my clod and ran across hot racing tubes.
What is the pros here opnion on them? I like the tubes and knuckles from rc4wd but the hot racing is a bit cheaper price wise. Are they cast or machined also.
Can I run the cvd's in the axles ?
Thanks for any advise and hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving

I saw them on www.clodparts.com and I ran across them on ebay also.
Not bad price from bizzarehobbies on ebay. I think I figured out the whole set of tubes and knuckles were about $115 with out shipping.

He has the best Clod knuckles around and he also sells aluminum axle tubes and CVD's. One stop shopping. He is a vendor on here also.

Thanks guys. They look nice, Do you know if they are machined or cast? And the tubes look round in some pics but others I see the tubes that are round on two sides and square on the other two side like the ones from rc4wd.
I kind of like the idea that you can get the extended axles from hot racing though. Prices are pretty close though.
Any pros and cons from the different ones that are out there?
I have read on some not fitting very good to the cases.

Yea that was hotracing on fleabay. They were 15mm longer on each side with axles and tubes for $47 a set I think shipped.
Machined tubes also. Not real sure about the quality though. Prob. stock quality shafts.
Havent got a lot of info or input on them.

hey guys i live in NH about 20 minutes from Hobby ECT. which is the U.S. distributor for hot racing stuff, ive bought alot of his stuff and i think its pretty cheap and cheesy personally, for example i bought a steering bellcrank for a Jato i own and the servo saver part kept binding up after a few runs and taking out the gears in my servo , i also bought a set of c hubs for the same truck and the holes were a little off , my buddy put cvd's in his mamba powered rc18b and snapped them ,im running mip's in my mamba poweed 18b and it works flawless. So the Hot Racing stuff is on a pretty low scale in my book, but his stuff LOOKS great but thats about it. Hope this helps

I kind of thought the hotracing was right up there with integy quality wise eventhough integy is cast alum and the hotracing is machined.
Basically like the old saying goes "you get what you pay for"
