Extreme Boredom tuber build

I have been sitting around with absolutely nothing to do so i decided to build my son a new tuber.
I tore the one he has been running for the last year apart and started bending tubing.
His axles have alum.lockers,55T motor in front with 9tooth pinion,45T motor in rear with 8tooth pinion,805 1/4 scale servos,XTM Thorns with under knuckle batts. and Moab XL's.
I stuck with droop shocks and went with a 19 inch wheelbase.
This is what i ended up with.

Sweet!! Joe is back!! It will be nice to have a 3rd place guy again. Looks very Coleworks inspired with that rear end.

We will see about 3rd place!!!!!
I guess Cole's lines are rubbing off on me a little.

Thanks for the comments.
As far as the dirty tires on the counter top goes it is amazing what you can get away with when the wife is not home!!!!!!!!

After x-mas i am going to put a set of CVD's in it and a new set of cells and this one will be done.I think it will get him through the season OK.

Now if i can just figure out what chassis and wheel combo i am going to run for super!!!!!

I would like to run a TCS stick but even the longest backbone is to short. I do not like the droop setups with twin sticks, it is to hard to keep them from driving the rear end under the chassis when you try to push the rear around.
I do not like conventional shock setup's. And i would like to try something other than a pimp cane.
I just do not know what i am going to do!!!!!!

X2 on the CLAW, that is one awesome chassis"thumbsup"

The claw is about 2 and 1/2 inches to short.
I like the ground clearence of the pimp cane but would like the chassis to be a little more predictable. That is why i was thinking stick. I think it would be the best of both worlds.
I have been thinking about it some and i think i am going to buy a stick kit and see if i can stretch it some.I dont even care if i have to cut and section the center of the back bone.
If that does not work i will go back to a pimp cane.

We run this tuber today and it works great. It is not as stable in off camber situations as the last chassis but i think i can cure that.

How about a Droop/Torsion combo like H3RSQ's Mantis?
BTW Nice Tuber.;-)

wow that back end swoop is sweet! it would be even more awesome to see that design incorpeated in 1 or 2 other spots in the design to tie it all together and make it your style.
