alright, here it is after making all the cuts on this one section AND after sanding everything down smooth including the bottom bolt hole and bumper mounts.

As you can see there is some light shing through where i sanded down the bottom bolt and bumper mount on the bottom side of the case.

well its pretty thin right there, so now is a good time to reinforce that area from the inside with jb weld.

i use JB Quick, simply because its QUICK.

just mix it up and fill it in. i also found that if you use a little more hardener than steel that once it dries you get a harder surface than 2 equal amounts like the directions tell you to do.

dont forget to SCUFF ALL SURFACES you apply the jb weld to AND THEN CLEAN with some rubbing alcohol or something similar

now you have to make a form for the JB weld to mold to. i use masking tape. cut strips off the roll as i need them with an Xacto knife.

stretch the tape tightly over the hole and try to give it somewhat of a round surface.

lay a new batch of jb weld down onto the sticky side of the tape in the housing. A thin layer will do for this. try to stay away from the bolt holes. If you get up to close to the holes, dont worry, you can grind it down later.

tape off... dont worry bout how this looks on the outside. you'll be adding exterior layers on both of these sections.

now mix up a bigger batch and do i thick coat on the outside. make it thick enough so you can sand it down smooth without any holes or indentions
