| So any real hands on reviews yet?
Anyone have one and driven it and have some real video or review on how they like it?

Personal Comments on my CR01. Pros. -Awesome quality and looks. -Very low gearing, very good for crawling. -Tons of bearings. -Tamiya Quality. -Very good looking FJ40 body. -Tires are sticky and have good traction. -Performs quite good for a truck w/ only 11" wheelbase Cons. -Could have use beefier and a bit longer driveshafts. -Some hop up should have came with the kit considering it's price is a bit steep. -Heavier than the axial ax-10. -Plastic but very easy to install beadlocks. -Wheelbase should have been atleast 11.5" so you get more choices of aftermarket bodyshells. I'll add more soon since I only ran my Cr01 for like 10mins only....indoors... Last edited by Vroomvroom; 04-11-2008 at 07:35 AM. |

Had the local cops out while I was testing the new CR-01 for an hour on the rocks. This truck performs way better then I would have ever thought. More pics and video and a little writeup to come later. |
