Did you put the tranny backward? Drop the skid plate and make sure the motor is in the front.

I'm pretty sure that my motors are on the front, back of the motor pointing at the front axle. I also followed the 15 degree to the front and 25 degree axles on the rear. The rear transmission yokes are sticking out more than the front yokes on the transmission so the driveshaft at the rear coming from the transmission does not need to extend as much as the front to reach the female(other half of the dshaft w/c is attached to the axle.) driveshafts on the axles.
