Default Lack of rear suspension

does anyone know how to make the rear suspension move more, i built mine as per kit instructions and the rear has about 10mm ish of travel. Which hole should i move things to on the suspension turny bit and so on (sorry for the tech speak lol!)

Look at build that j.i.a did, he found how to give the rear more travel.

You should go back through the instructions and make sure you did it all correctly as mine has a lot more than 10mm of travel, be it up or down or articulation. Got the stiffer springs up front? Shocks move through their entire range of motion? Links in the right holes? Links on the bottom of the servo tray?

I even have the torsion bars in it and now that they've loosened up a little, there's a lot of travel.

I can get a thread started I guess. I'm a slacker these days.

I grabbed my truck and cycled the suspension to see what it could be, but mine flexes pretty good. Reading a little more in the new forum here I saw the link to JIA's rear suspension mod and see that the rear shocks do actually run out of travel before they should, or could. So I'm gonna see what happens after I do JIA's little mod. He's a crafty bastard!

My rear travel wasnt useing the full shock stroke either, i rechecked the mounts with the manual they seemed correct so i did JIA's mod and that fixed it.

Yeah the JIA mod is good. Definately recommended after I changed mine.

Good job JIA, you can stay for another week.
