Default Pinion shims

According to the instruction you only need to put 1 on the outside of the axle housing, mine had alot of free play,I ended up putting .78mm on one and .90mm, the .9 seems a bit tight, there sure is alot of free play on the bearings.
Anyone just put one? or two? or 3?

I did not like how much movement was there with one shim -not including bearing freeplay.
