Default replacement body suggestions, which fit?

I know there are tons of bodies out there, Does anyone here have a list of which fit the cr-01.

I was looking at the hpi landrover defender body, etc.

Proline Ambush (International Scout) Busted Crawler just mounted one on his CR-01, he has a thread showing it. Really looks good.

hpi defender may be to short(not sure, read somewhere) if you like
hpi bodies as i do, try the "over-looked" mx-1 by hpi. i use it on a nitro
rusty looks sharp. just dont use the rear wing, may look goofy on a scale/crawler. it fits my cr-01 and has many scale stickers, shovels,
picks, tool box with roping, body strap-hinges.

I know the HPI '73 Bronco body for Savage fits well. I'm looking at getting one of these.

The HPI defender is a drop on for wheelbase along with the Bronco. I ran the D-90 at Scale Nats as I had a painting mishap with my CR body....

The wheelbase stock is appx 11 1/8

brat body is too short, the cr-01 wheelbase is about 11 1/2" so if you want a hard body then i wouls suggest the hilux or the f-350 highlift

Hilux or F350 for stock hardbodies. You could always mod one to fit.

Any of the 1/10th scale lexan bodies should fit. I am running an Ambush (IH Scout) as previously mentioned

I thought that my HPI Jeep Rubicon body fit well. I had to extend my front bumper though so that it was located in front of the body. Check out the picture thread in this forum. I posted a few pics.

As far as what?

Being a scale body? It's ok. Not the most accurate thing out there, but for being lexan it is close enough. There are some things that are inaccurate or missing, but for a 40 footer it'll do. Most the bitches I have come from having owned, and built a '66 800, so I know the lines pretty well

Durablity? It's a proline body, they take a beating and keep going for quite awhile.
