Default Suspension Setup

I have notice some guys going with a simple 4 shock setup and getting rid of the cantilever system. Besides simplifying the suspension and using less parts is there a real advantage to doing this modification?

The canilevers, have so much free play, so you get alot of undampend suspension movement, I saw some one jb wled the pins for the canilevers, that prob helped alot.

And the shocks catch on everything where they are mounted to the chassis when you crawl.Plus it looks better with the shocks in the normal possition.
