Wheels air tight?

Hi,

I just changed the wheels on my CR-01 with some Axial wheels.
I noticed that the stock wheel has a hole on it and it's not air tight.
But the Axial wheels have no hole.

Now the wheels seem less deflatable than before. I'm not sure if it will affect the climbing performance. What do you suggest?

You can drill a small hole in the Axial wheel to give it more of that wrap around effect when rock climbing. Plus the tire will be less bouncy because it will not be able to hold air.
