Default Lewy's Mog

Well I joined the list of happy CR-01 owners. I had to get the Mog as soon as I saw it. I had the original 1:35 mini off road one in the late 80's.

So far its standard with a Tamiya ESC and high torque servo and only 2ws. Running a 4200mh Ni-Mh battery and getting well over an hour out of it.

Some pics.

Home made practice course in the lounge room

Out on the rocks

Future plans are to build a late 50's Series 1 Land Rover body for it, and upgrade a few parts.

Will post some videos when I have uploaded them.

Its no longer a Unimog and is on its way to becoming a Land Rover Tuff Truck.

swap out that esc for a better crawler type, or even a novak xrs and a 45 turn motor

the esc your using won't allow you good low speed control
