Default CR-01 Bronco

Just joined today, pretty new to the RC world but have managed to own 5 vehicles in the few months ive been around it. The first one i bought is a CR-01 bronco mainly because i have a full size one. So far Ive upgraded with a navak goat, 5000 nimh venom, rear steer, L.E.D lights, 2.2 mud slingers, and some RC4WD beadlocks, have a set of Integy shafts on the way( got tired of snapping the plastic ones )So heres a few pics

Eliminated the cantilever setup after seeing someone else's post today, does alot better but rubs all the time.

Nice job man. I like how you've got the same tires on the 1:1. I just painted up a Bronco shell for mine this weekend, I love the body now I don't want to ruin it

Nice shell I love the Bronco bodies! Only thing I would suggest if you haven't already bought the is get the Tamiya Hop Up drive shafts over the Integy ones. Integy quality isn't that great.

Thanks for the info, tried to cancel the order but theres no way to actually talk to someone, their on backorder till november so i might buy some of the punisher shafts from RC4WD.

Yes i do have more pics on the big one. Its a 74 with about 7" total lift and 37" boggers, 31 spline shafts in the back with detroit and 4.56 gears, front is stock besides the gears. Powered by a 351w thats been bored and stroked out to a 399 with 12.8 to 1 compression making a little over 500 hp, and an AOD out of a 96 exploder. Has an 8 point cage, new painless wiring harness, warn XD9000i, just put the soft top this summer. anything else you wanna know just ask And im getting ready to switch it to fuel injection

Get some paper clips or bailing wire and hair ties and make some scale bungee cords.

Both Broncos look pretty sick man. What did you use for the lights? They would look awesome on my sand rail..

I used some cheapy LED lights from schucks, took the l.e.d bucket out of the end and wired em together and hooked them back up to one flashlight for the power and switch. P.S do not try to run them off your battery, its really bright ( for a second )

You got 2 cool rigs there, i just ordered a Land Cruiser CR-01 and wanted the Bronco really bad but the LC was $65 cheaper than the Bronco so i went with it, with intentions to get a Bronco body to put on it. Now its hurry up and wait for ups, lol.

Can't right now, they are both down. The 1:1 has a severely cracked frame at the steering box that i found the other day, and the 1:10 is waiting on some drivelines Has not been a good week.
