Default 1.9's on my cr1 cruiser

im thinking about purhcasing some 1.9hammers on scx10 beadlocks. anyone think that would look odd on my cr1? i cant really picture it looking bad at all since the body is not hacked up and they'd probably look better then the stock wheels. -C

If not mistaken there are some pictures of the CR-01 with 1.9 wheels and tires on them. They look much more scale. I personaly like mine with the stock tires just because it stands out of the bunch....

1.9 looks great on a CR but IMO stick with the 2.2 ... I drag my axles pretty often so I can imagine how much less clearance you'd have!

it looks great, but not as functional as 2.2s. a good idea is getting soft short barrel springs to lower the body, make it look a bit more scale. it will definetly look a bit off on the cruiser body, perhaps lower the actual body on the posts....

That Toyota body with the 1.9's on the CR-01 looks AMAZING!!!

I was saving for a High Lift, but I may consider following the lead of this thread!

high lift has low funtionability, too stiff. sweet ride though.....

1.9's under a cr-01 and a fj body look stupid. You will need to shorten the wheel base a fair bit to get it to look close to scale. I am in the midst of trying this myself.
