Can anyone teach me how to mod my cr-01 to 4w steering ? thz alot

No mods necessary. Just look at the "optional" rear steer portion of the manual. You will need a servo, servo horn and either a 3 channel radio or a y cable.

I just added 4ws and it was a piece of cake. Steering is awesome now.

Ok, I'll see what I can do on Saturday. You might also do a search. I too had wondered about what's needed for 4ws, but it's really simple.

Hi,
honestly do not know what does it need to see?
It's very very simple.
As he writes SpeedVision.
Just put it on the rear axle and servo it be connected to the third channel.
Or be connected via Y-cable to the first channel.
All necessary parts are in the basic kit.

Do you have the manual for your cro1, if so the instructions are really clear. Anyway, the post above helped me choose white for my cr01...cool!

I followed the instructions in the manual and connected the servo with a y-cable only to find that the rear wheels turned in the same direction as the front, which would only make the truck drive sideways. What am I doing wrong? I have a rc4wd 4 channel radio.
