There are tons of mods you can do, I've been going non stop since I bought mine a little over a year ago. I think I've finally got the suspension set to where I like it, the only other thing I'm gonna work on is skid plates for the front and rear diff. Here's a link to my album in photobucket. I wish I lived near you I would love to buy your jeep body.

It depends what you are trying to do with it? Are you going more scaler? or all out crawler?

Integy has alot of cheap aluminum upgrades for the cr-01. For you shocks, it looks like you have a pretty high ride height already, i dont know if I would go bigger. What ESC are you running? If you dont have a drag brake i would recomend getting one with it.

Just be careful if you decide to go with metal drive shafts, your week link will most likely become you planetary gear box. I went with metal yokes all the way around and plastic traxxas drive shafts. They last a long time and they are easier to fix. I was breaking stock drive shafts almost every time I went out but I am pretty hard on my toy. If you watch my tug o war video you get the idea, that drive shaft was about 6 months old.

As Gunngee said skid plates are great to have. Heres some pictures of mine to give you an idea.

If you are running locked front and rear diffs I would recommend 4ws other wise it won't steer worth beans.

Best thing I did on my CR was to put Pro-line Flatirons on it. As for the suspension I did the typical shock relocation. Other than that it is box stock, yes, even the driveshafts. If you think the stock driveshafts are no good then just get Stampede shafts, I run them on almost all my shaft driven trucks.

See I could never do that. I hit an obstacle I feel I should be able to go over and if I can't I modify lol. I'm still thinking about what else I can do so I can drive it up stairs...
