Default Tonkatsu - Sportsman Class Inspired CR01 Project

My CR was in the same conditions from when I bought it but, during the past weeks, I've started to modify it taking inspiration from Sportsman comp crawler.
Starting from a Fj40 kit:
handmade 3mm alluminum chassis ( designed by me and crafted by an italian guy);
jeekmade crossmembers;
jeekmade radio tray;
Gmade team zero shocks on the way;
Tamiya CR tuned motor;
Robitronic Speedstar 2 Crawler esc (without box but with a lot of plastidip );
Losi wheels;
front axle modified with DF03 knuckles to gain some steer.

Thaks for watching and sorry for bad english.

Tonkatsu is finished: chassis finished with a file adn sandpaper, painted in black the same for the radio tray. Gmade shocks in place, minor adjustement to steering links.
It only needs a new body and decent NARROWER tires.

Many thanks

This afternoon, during a little shakedown, I noticed a problem caused by the new knucles.
The increase if steering travel causes damages to the dogbone ends and, in chase of locking, may damages the shaft. Back to old, of course.

Oh well - that's all part of building project trucks. Testing them out and seeing what works and what doesn't.

My Robitronic ESC is fried so I'm forced to use the Hobbywing bought some weeks ago and never switched on.
Unfortunately this new ESC is bigger and heavier so I've built the new radio tray shown below:
