Yes, I think as I've only been able to use it a couple of times since activating it and that was a few months ago!

You using your CR01 still 860 Crawler?

Just lucky that the tide was out (and that I remembered to grab the CR01, charger etc when we left the house for a couple of days away).

My lunchbox is still in pieces part way through the FX10 suspension and 5th shock conversion!

Quick question...how many degrees of movement should there be in an (unconnected ) steering servo. I wanted to check mine.
Thanks
Richard

Sorry, I meant that if I had a servo with no arm on it and turned my steering maximum in each direction what arc/angle should this be overall (from max one direction to max other direction)?

I want to check whether servo is giving me maximum steering as it seems limited in one direction. It may be down to the limitations of my Turnigy servo?

Alternatively if this seems to work as it should (turning the appropriate degrees with nothing connected to it) I'm thinking it is something else in my steering setup.

Many thanks.

Maybe the controller trims are limiting it?

This is where I begin to show my utter ignorance of RC...it is just a minor hobby of mine! The trim being the adjustment to centre the streering?

Many thanks

Among other factors, if you have the type of Tx with more than just a centering trim, it could be other things

Many thanks. Will check it out. Been distracted by full size cars so little RC time lately but keen to get it ready in case I do have time...

Two nice Vee Dubs....I really like the Golf 5.
We also have a Touran (mini SUV based on a Golf 5). Drives really nicely.
