|  need set up procedure for touareg esc.., help a brotha out.
ok im using the stock esc that came with the touareg along with xxl fm receiverw/ a xr-3 remote... and I cant seem to get it to set.

I just went through this. You have to plug the red BEC plug from ESC into the BEC input on reciever, otherwise it you won't be able to program it. Are your servos working at all right now? |

ok.plugged it in and I am getting servo action and forwward,..But I have no reverse. also.How do I know when I am full throttle. I have the led on solid until I go full throttle and then it turns off.. Is that right?? Thanks for your help...by the way.. |

Step 2: Turn on receiver. When installing for the first time, LED light will flash once. Step 3: Push set button once with throttle trigger in neutral. (push set button for more than 0.5 sec. LED flashes.) Step 4: Pull trigger to maximum acceleration and push set button once. (LED changes to a double flash) Step 5: Push throttle trigger to maximum reversing and push set button once. (LED turns off) That's straight from the manual, hope that helps. David |
