.023 wire is the best size I have found to use. I'm actually thinking about buying another welder just for RC work. It only needs to be a 110 machine and I wouldn't need to change out the spool & sleeve on my 220 Miller. What machine are you using Ryan?

I use a Miller 135, and it rocks! I'll happily admit that my tube work is no where near as nice as many others on RCC. I tend to build quickly, and I spend less time on cleanup. I'm usually too excited to see the finished result to be too anal!

The big hoops are 3/16 Brakeline and the little is 1/8 Solid.
