Are these the shocks that you and diesel are running?

I think I've been bitten by the comp bug and am going to have to build a blackjack as soon as I can find someone with them in stock

oh, sick rig as usual but that is nothing new for you

Invest in the VF Billet motor plate, it will save your spur in a bind.

And finally you will have a truck with DIG!

Looks like it gunna be sweet setup Brandon. I'm really liking the looks of the hacked c10 body. Nice to see something other than a grappler or bug.

Close but no, we're using mini LST shocks. But if those shocks end up at about 2 5/8" long they'll work fine.

Yeah I need to, especially with the Cobalt puller in there. Although it cant move too far, either the motor or the plate will hit the chassis

Cool thanks, I found some LST shocks and got them ordered. Looks like the chassis will be out of stock for another week or two :-(

I'm using a pede 48 pitch 87t spur and a 14t pinion.

Ha that should do the trick. Actually just run a 50t gear, eliminate the spur and pinion all together and run one in the middle

I drove bi_eep's blackjack this weekend after I broke my tuber and I was impressed with how stable it was. I didn't roll it once, and for me, that is beyond a miracle

Man, your comp rig is gonna be even nicer than before.

I can only hope you have issues with it so I have a sliver of a chance at beating you on Sat.

Ok so here it is, almost a roller again. The skid is almost identical to my old setup. I milled down the section that the axial tranny bolts to, got it .175" lower So the cobalt puller is setting on the chassis plate instead of a slight gap.

Also used button heads for the lower link hardware (finally had some long enough).

Since the VF dig is on its way I am ready for it by turning the axial tranny around ahead of time. Now this caused issues with the large lipo I am running. The old setup had the tranny far enough back that I could run the lipo behind the servo/in front of the tranny. Not anymore

Pics of the solution and the old setup... Problem solved, hopefully lowered the weight some while I was at it!
