Default FatRock Axle C's...

Wow! These things have got some tight tolerances on the bends, I had to shave the crap out of my housings to get them to fit up. And it was a good thing i have a bulk of SS screws because i ruined at least 6 trying to install them because of the holes not lining up completely.

Anyone else encounter that problem?

Yes they do require quite a bit of grinding on the housing. Also, rounding the corners on the housing helps the holes line up better.

OK, just wanted to make sure there was no bend-line alignment issues on your end. I know at my place of business we (engineering) have quite a few issues with the shop floor workers bending things in the wrong place which then leads to alignment issues.

yep, after installing a dozen or so sets i use a die grinder to chop the housings down and once they're close, run through the holes with a drill and they're lined up.
