Looks good... very sporty.

Do the lights work?

1 suggestions... move the steering links to the top.

MasterShake44 05-14-2008 12:44 PM

Looks really good, outstanding choice in tires! Why are you running wheel wideners? Does it help with stability? Great rig!"thumbsup"

Looks very nice! What chassis are you running under there?

Stormin2u 05-19-2008 06:49 AM

Lookin good Comrade "thumbsup"

HC Rc Guy 05-19-2008 09:51 AM

Very Clean! And yes, move you steering link to the top, it will catch everything where it is now. You may also want to consider, raising the body a bit, take off the wideners, and go for the more scale appearance. If you like it as is, they trim the body mounts down, they can get hung up also.

Nice work!

John

Very nice looking rig."thumbsup"

X3 on moving the lower steer link to the top of your knuckles.

I assume this is more of a scaler than a comp rig. If thats the case then you might want to consider cutting each of the little shortest lugs out of the tires, this will make the tire conform better and also it will get amazing traction in mud/sand since they will be able to clean themself out better with just wheel speed. I did it to mine and love them.

carbonuts, i correctly have understood you?

PavelK, what kind of battery pack/servo mount is that (in the pic right above)? Did you build it, or did you purchase it? I really would like to find one of those, very nice!

Great looking rig, by the way. Those lights are definitely sweet "thumbsup"

gyrene 05-29-2008 04:11 AM

That looks very nice. "thumbsup"
You'll find that by moving your steering links up, like you did, they won't get hung up on rocks.
I really like the paint on the body great job!!!

That's a really nice looking truck you got there... Clean build"thumbsup"

JUSTGOINGSLOW 06-01-2008 05:59 AM

PavelK, very nice build my friend. I really like the idea that you had for battery perches, and the paint job you did for the first time came out awesome. Take care "thumbsup"

701 Technique 06-01-2008 04:37 PM

Great Job on the body for your first try"thumbsup"

MrNate 06-02-2008 09:27 AM

Does that body come with light buckets, or are those from something else?

Good move with moving up your links"thumbsup"

I only see one small problem... In the pic above, the red wire connecting the 2 battery packs is ran in front of the servo horn... I could see the servo ripping this wire apart... but hey ya know if it works...

does it work like that?

I really like your idea for mounting the batteries... I might have try that...8)
