ok so now im intrigued... hot do you coat the bottom of the rings, or the parts?? can you just grab them and the coating stays on.... or is there some trick to it?

It definitely requires some trickery as the powdercoating does not stay on if you grab it before putting it in the oven. You pretty much have to figure out a way to hold or place the part that covers up minimal surface area, like pliers or something. hopefully that answers your question!

I wondered if a toaster oven got hot enough for powder coating. I may have to rethink powder coating.

A toaster oven might be a bit small, but for small parts I don't see why it wouldn't work. When I got a new stove, my old stove went out into the garage, I took the burners off, and it's now my powder coating oven/drill press stand. I take the rack out of the oven, and hang my parts underneath the rack with saftey wire. Then the entire rack goes back in without me having to touch any parts.

yeah my dad usually PC's in a conventional oven. Largest item we've done was an entire 1:1 wheel.

The toaster oven is only slightly too small. I mean it obviously works, but getting the parts in and out is kind of tricky.

Well guys a year later I finally got a new body! Big thanks to ripper7777777 for making me the decals. They look great!
