It HAD to be done!! The Mashers rubbed BIG TIME even with the body jacked way up CT style. :-P

I'm snapping some body off shots as well as some of another body, that just looks sick IMO. I'll post them up in a bit.

It's a good thing you didn't go to the comp at Flatirons on Sunday. We would have had to make a new class for you.... a biginner class!

Fred's rig works awsome! Almost as good as mine, that's why he took first in the 2.2 class.

You did spank me with the TLT, sorry I had to spank you with your TXT!

I only took one picture this weekend and it happened to be of Fred spanking me.

LMAO!!

I was extremely happy with how the Shaggin' Wagon performed this weekend. I've still got a couple more tricks up my sleeve to improve it too.

I'm still very sour that you beat me in the Super Crawler class with my own rig!!

Yeah I'm glad I didn't compete. Woulda had to hung my head in shame. On the plus side my truck is now sitting longer and I'm getting the pede shafts later today to complete the work.

Here's some pics of the modified yokes next to the original. You want to get the 2.5 tranny output yokes, Traxxas part #4927x, NOT the 2.5 diff output yokes. The input on the yokes are different sizes. In addition to modifing the yokes, you will need to trim around the tranny output shaft on the spur gear side. I don't think it's possible to run anything bigger then an 84t spur gear either, the yokes are extremely close to hitting with the 84t.

In order to fit the 2.5 yokes on the TLT axles you will need to bust out the Dremel. You'll have to grind away one of the flats inside the yoke, grind away the side that the pin end of the screw pin goes into (not shown in pics).

In the 2nd pic, the one on the left will fit on the axle the one on the right is for the spur side of the tranny.

Yes she was, she's got character now though!!

I shaved the bottom of the axles last night and slammed the body even more. Now I'm going to trim ALL the excess weight of it that I can. Weighed it last night on the digital scale at work, she comes in at a sleek 5.24 pounds fully dressed. I'm trying to get her down to under 5 pounds.

No, I've hit the tranny on a rock or 2, but the endbell of the motor has never come in contact with the rocks. I was a little concerned about the motor hanging out that far, but after 3 long days of crawling without any issues I'm not worried about it.
