| Introducing Shelly
I could not justify the gas money to drive up to Badgers big adventure today just to wheel a new 2.2 and not compete but I had to try her out. The Body is a hardbody Ford Ranger on a steel chassy and 4 linked clod axles. I am using a crappy mudcow style servo mount (for now) that came with my other set of clod axles and lathes with 9t pinions. She is far from done as my list of things to do grew some today but overall I am suprised at how well she did for a maiden voyage. Total carnage= front and rear lockers trashed, two servo mounts, and one servo arm. Sorry I dont have more pics as my camera ran out of battery. I will get some vid next time I am out. Ok enough posing It is tough to back up stuff like this Yes it is only on 2 wheels This is right before I trashed the rear locker and is the only thing I could not drive out of |

http://www.parmapse.com/rcitem.asp?n=10391 I dont kow if it is stil produced as i have not had a chance to dig up any more information on it. Parma also has a cheesy sporttrac body but it would need some major trimmage, again not sure if it is still produced Cole, I could stuff the tires a little more but it would require a lot of fender trimming and bumper trimming I didn't know there were that many TRSers over here, that is cool. I knew there are some BII.org guys floating around, perhaps it is time we petition Proline for a gen I or II ranger or BII | |

I thought parma was making a BII for a while, I'd love a Gen II ranger though( I'm getting one for a first car, and 3/4 dropping it).

| http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXDA52&P=7 That is a FS bronco i think, however, thats awesome. ALL OF THESE PARMA BODIES RULE! lol, even though they lack in the quality of detail of HPI or Proline, they are some pretty rare machines. |

Cool body! Looks great out there in the rocks. If it were mine, I'd find some bigger tires for it though. It looks like an "off road low rider" with those tiny mashers!

I thought about All Ts but from what I have read they wear out quickly, If I had a line on a set cheap I would try them because they look bad@ss, but so do the 2.2 moabs in the mail..... The pede rims look great but seem to spin hexes like a DJ on a sugar high. I am going to try a set of RPM wheels to see how they hold up since I have already killed those HPI cheapos. RCguy, I dont have any pics ATM of the steering but if you run a quick search for "mudcow" you should be able to find several pics of well done setups. |
