Chassis/rig look great!!

I like the use of the stock TLT mount for the shocks.

Thats really nice!! Are those the junfac tlt link mounts? Very creative with the suspension stays as a shock mount. Looks like a big improvement from where this started. I don't think the electronics will be as jammed in this chassis.

Yes those are some junfac link mounts, they came off my 1st rig. This is a big improvement from what I started with. I got lots of articulation and it's smooth. My GC is right at 2in. Everything fits in there nice. I'll get a different ESC and battery later, something smaller. FlatIrons are in the mail.

This Thrax Chassis rocks. Here it is all done. Just got done with, haven't even drove it yet the paint is still wet.

I got my Flat Irons yesterday and put them on. but it got dark on me before I could run them very much. I like the size on them and they don't rub anywhere. I got a little torque twist going on. But that will fix easy.
I'll post some pics later if I have time. Getting ready for the Omaha comp.

Well first place was fun while it lasted. Looks like you have it dialed in now. Ill have to settle for second place for a little while till I can rework my losi to be a little nicer. What chassis would you recomend for my 1.9? I need a sponsor

Thanks Boss, It will have it's 1st comp on April 11th. I let you know how it does. So far I really like it now that I got the THRAX chassis on it.

I've been working on my 1.9, When I got done with it ,it weighed 4lbs. 5.6oz. It was a tank. For you that have felt it at our comps know how much heavier it was than the mini losi. I'm not sure how much the losi weighs, but I know I was alot heavier. And I think the weight really hurt it's performance. So I start shaving weight off it.
Before 4lbs. 5.6oz.
After 3lbs 1.1oz
_________
loss 1lb. 4.5oz

Yah I am sure the weight loss will sure make the rig seem a lot more nimble for damn sure. It's just nice to see a 1.9 comp rig that isn't a Losi for real...I can't believe that thing weighed 4 and a half pounds though....That's a couple Losi's....
