| My TLT/pede/bronco crawler thing "El mule"
Well I've had it done for a while now, just kinda neglected to post any pictures of it BLING BLING At the Augest 8th Comp: Right now it's running: 6/6 Nylon chassie Carbon fiber lower links (not in pics, the old ones died last week) Custom stearing set-up Traxxas big bore shocks with HPI nitro MT springs all rubber ball bearings Rc Parts aluminum rims with IMEX swamp dawg tires (150 BB's in each) Axle mounted electronics Independent 4ws useing a Traxxas Tq3 radio It'll balance at a 60 degree angle as it sets and will stand on the grill or the rear bumper of the body but I'll be completely rebuilding it for the get-togeather in October, should be alot lower longer and a tad bit narrower thanks to some new dubs... |

Looks good. How are the Swamp Dawgs working for you? I have a set, but I needed to cut everyother tread off for them to work well.

Thanks guys, Actualy the wheels are Rc-parts.com 5 holes, the tires are swamp dawgs . The swamps have proformed really well, I run them without foams to let them flex around alot. So far I've only been in 2 places where I've had a lack of traction, once was after it rained on some slippery river rock and another was on around a 50 degree slope on sandrock. So yeah I'm pretty happy with them I'm going for something skinnyer that is about the same height or taller and has a smaller sidewall when I rebuild it to make up for the things I dont like on this tire. I'll try to snap some body off pics tommarro, between school and the bruiser I haven't had a ton of time |

Sorry about the quality, had a bit of misting/rain/hell/snow/ice/vocanic ash/heindenburg today so I had to keep it inside Notice how teeny tiny it is? the chassie with crossemembers wieghs about what one fully assembled big bore shock does it makes up for the metal gears in the tranny the big arse U-joints and the alum wheels. The tires are just to see what ground clearance I can expect, and no I won't be using them. |

| Re: My TLT/pede/bronco crawler thing "El mule" Thanks Dude, I dunno if it's that cool but I appreciate the complement. I dunno how it got turning into a scale rig, I started building it way back when we first started talking about doing a competition on the east cost |
