I don't need suggestions from anyone. Thanks anyway.
I ****ing invented high clearance links.
Center ground clearance means almost nothing in rc crawling. If you're placing your tires where you want them, clearance is not an issue.
Yes..there is foam in there. Sorry...Mr. Moab 2.2 Proline expert!

Your post deserves only one thing:

Nice ride Dirk! I'm a big fan of Satan, and your truck does him justice. You should fill the tires with blood, so as you crawl you leak Satans Glory all over the course! Hail!

Because I hate you and everyone else here.

"cool rig.... why did you mount the servos up high like that and not down on the actual plate?? "
I'm still playing with servo mounts and upper link mounts. Right now, my servo sits above the upper link rod ends.

"Those links look sweet, where did you get those?"
Jason, I made those links myself...on my lathe at home!

"Are those ss stars narrowed? Chassis kinda looks like a hacked txt but im probably wrong."
Terrible: They are not narrowed. The chassis is home brew. SparkyJ showed me the way by using square aluminum rod. I will switch to the new Bender Machine, custom TLT chassis once the prototype hits my hands.

You are hilarious! I love the idea of using blood in the tires. I have some from the goat that I sacrificed last night. Thanks for the idea!
PS: Please kill that "certain" member for me. maybe we could use his blood instead of a goats.

Blood coagulates and starts to smell after a while.

Unless you get it from a hemopheliac that has a really low platelet count.

It takes a big man to say "I love you."

I love you too.
How about a pretend internet hug?

An ode to Dirk Love

As I meandered through the fall woods
A glisting tear rolled down my cheek
I looked up only to see a scary beast
My heart raced with excitement
I was not scared
I looked into his eyes
All was well
