| Ok, so i am looking for something a little different with the completion of this truck. First we start with a scale engine block to house the 540 size motor: Then we add the tranny and t-case Next we add revolver shackles Heavy duty frame Aluminum skids Jeep body opening hood 75% of frame cut. There is still a ways to go with the engine intake, belts, pullies and turing fan. The chassis was finished today, sorry no pics. Lots of work to go, but a fun project. Nate |

| Here you go: http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...LXNM39&P=7 Keep in mind that tamiya has made various leaf springs over the years. THe mammoth had the stiffest with 5 leaves. the jugg and semis each have 3 and are stiff, the bruiser/mountaineer had 3 and are softer the hilux/blazer had 3 and stiff. jugg and mammoth springs offer the most arch. | If you look at the second pic, you can see how the diffs and springs mount. Basically flip them upside down and make a 1/4" stock piece with a hole to mount over the rivot in the spring and mount to the stock tlt link mount. Nate |
